Order Inspection
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
10-Day Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused or not consumed more than 5%
- It is in its original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Fragrances used more than 5%
- Items on sale or promotional offers
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards, personal care goods, or hazardous materials
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If the item you need in exchange is unavailable, you may:
- Choose another product of equal value
- Receive store credit for future purchases
- Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers bear the cost and risk of return shipping (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item or valid proof of delivery.
Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift or sent to the buyer first, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
